Why Alsace
Alsace sits at the crossroads of France and Germany. It is a land of fairytale villages — Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg — where cobbled streets wind between half-timbered houses and geraniums cascade from every window. It is a region of world-renowned gastronomy, with more Michelin stars per capita than almost anywhere else in France. It is a wine country whose vineyards stretch from the foothills of the Vosges to the Rhine plain, producing some of the finest Rieslings and Gewürztraminers in the world.

We work with international couples on two main planning formats. Both are fully bilingual, both are handled entirely by our team, from your first email to the last guest departing on Sunday morning.
The Signature Weekend
For couples who want their destination wedding to feel like a proper weekend. Welcome dinner on Friday, full wedding celebration on Saturday, farewell brunch on Sunday. We handle the setup on Friday, the coordination on Saturday and the teardown on Sunday. You arrive to a wedding entirely ready. You leave with nothing to worry about.

About
Amandine Freyburger has been planning weddings in Alsace since 2013. Trained in the French hospitality tradition with a specialization in event management, she brings the precision of a profession where nothing is left to chance.
Her approach rests on three verbs: listen, anticipate, orchestrate. A discreet and methodical method serving couples who want to experience their wedding without having to manage its mechanics.
Based in Alsace, she works fluently in French and English. Beyond her home region she has planned weddings internationally, in Mauritius, Canada and beyond. Her team is used to coordinating suppliers, guests and logistics across languages, time zones and cultural expectations.
